The April 19 Tamahere Market, slap bang in the middle of Easter, will have a holiday feel and a chocolate flavour.
There will be Easter eggs at the monthly market, which are bound to be welcome, and probably a few more holes dug by the area’s rampant rabbit population, which may be less so.
“But also we hope the Easter message of love from St Stephen’s Church will be felt too!” says market organiser Jane Manson.
Among the ever popular stalls will be a new one featuring children’s clothes plus posies of flowers, avocados, and wonderful retro furniture from Thames.
Take all the family and visitors to the market – a great place to grab a late breakfast, or at least a Moma’s doughnut and coffee.
The Tamahere Market is held on the third Saturday of each month in the St Stephen’s church grounds on the corner of Airport Rd and Tamahere Drive. For more detail including where to park click here.
