Pilates classes stretch ahead

Pilates instructor Liz Cathcart has begun Pilates classes in the St Stephen’s church hall on Monday evenings.

The hour long classes from 7-8pm will continue throughout the year.

Called Niche Pilates, each class costs $10 and participants are advised to take their own mats.
