Inspiring: the cookbook that could build a swimming pool.

Divine Eats, the cookbook that aims to fund the school’s new swimming pool, made a big splash last night on TVNZ’s Seven Sharp.

For more than four minutes the cookbook made up of recipes from school families, the hardworking school mum’s that produced it and the quality of the book was beamed nationwide.

It was a tremendous promotional coup for the fundraiser as it seeks to raise $250,000 to replace the 80-year-old school pool.

Divine Eats has already had Prime Ministerial patronage and featured in local newspapers and magazines.

With people hunting for Christmas gifts the latest exposure for Divine Eats can only be good for the school’s future pool … and dining tables around the country.

Divine Eats is on sale for $45 each at Tamahere School, New World Hillcrest, Paper Plus Cambridge and Design Depo, Hamilton. To place an order visit Divine Eats.
